Robi Ortho is a service that will help you to pay your utility bills (currently WASA - water & sewer bills at greater Dhaka* region, only) through mobile phone. It is a service which will help you not only to pay your WASA – water & sewer bills form Robi Ortho logo signed points/POSs’ (around 150 points/POSs spread over Dhaka region) but also from your own Robi mobile phones (currently bill pay from own mobile phone is restricted to Robi subscribers only) round the clock (24/7).

Itemized bill charge is BDT 50 (Incl. VAT) per itemized bill.
Date & Time, Charge amount, Incoming & Outgoing number, SMS & GPRS info will be available in this service.
Charge would be taken from customer mobile account only.
Customers need to have BDT 50 in his/her main account to download itemized bill.
Customer can get last 30 days details per itemized bill
Customer has to register first in website and log-in password will be sent to customer's mobile through SMS.

This prepaid a/c can be used for outgoing voice calls only.
For making local calls using prepaid a/c, customer need to add *8 before dialing number (example: *8018XXXXXXXX, *8017XXXXXXXX, *802XXXXXXX)
For making IDD calls using prepaid a/c, only use 00 (instead of “+”) (example: for calls to India, dial *80091XXXXXXXXX)
For international calls, international call charge and pulse applicable
Customer can make calls using prepaid a/c, even if his/her postpaid a/c is temporarily barred for crossing credit limit.
The calls without *8 will be treated as normal postpaid calls and will be charged from postpaid account
Postpaid tariff plan and services will remain unchanged
If postpaid a/c is permanently deactivated (PD), then prepaid a/c will not be accessible
During International roaming, prepaid a/c can not be accessible

This service will be available in selected Robi sheba.
Original ownership paper would be required.
Only owner of the mobile number can get this service.
Lifetime Validity for Prepaid
Offer:
• All Robi prepaid customers can avail lifetime validity through registration
• To register lifetime validity, dial *1208*1#
• Applicable fee is TK.148 (Inc.VAT)
Conditions:
Applicable for all Robi prepaid customers
While registering for lifetime validity, customer will get 9 years validity (current end date of active period + 9years) initially. However, Robi will extend the validity of the participated customers further after 9th year.
Customer will be allowed to purchase validity only once during the campaign period.
Customer will be able to avail this offer even in suspend (deactive) stage subject to availability of required balance in main a/c
